What others are saying about us
…The busiest café on Rarotonga, The Cafe is in the heart of town……… Food here is fast, tasty and
reasonable. Coffee is always made by Neil who is one of the owners. His son, Reuben is the magician in the
kitchen. Great in the sense that you chat, read magazines, watch the world go by (slowly) or just pick up a
good coffee as you pass through town….’

‘…..Latte…Island Style – The Cafe.  This excellent cafe has a setting as good as the food. Great coffee, superb
cakes, and panini to die for……..Coffee is brewed in house. Try the Vietnamese iced coffee and the carrot

Backpackers guide –
‘….The Café has the best coffee (and the best toilets) in Rarotonga….’

The Cafe –  “…..Neil Dearlove’s cafe/coffee house, which would grace Auckland’s trendy Parnell district, is my
favorite place to grab a papaya muffin and a latte (known as a “flat white” in this part of the world) before
striking out on my rounds of Avarua……Neil roasts his own coffee.
The Cafe: Simple & Delicious Breakfasts
Simple open-air restaurant, simple but great breakfasts. Once we discovered it, my friend Darlene & I ate
there every morning. Great food, friendly service, good fresh-ground coffee, and the music was always good
